2. Scope of Services 

The coaching sessions provided by Margashala Wellness are for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, or clinical therapy. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional medical attention.
 

3. Pricing and Payments 

 

All prices for individual sessions (e.g., ₹599 for the Introductory Consultation and ₹1,099 for Private Coaching Sessions) are clearly listed on our booking page. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your calendar slot.
 

4. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Polic

 

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments ('no-shows'), will not be eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.
 

5. Refund Policy

 

Due to the personalized nature of live coaching services, completed sessions are non-refundable. If a session is canceled by Margashala Wellness due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, a full refund or immediate alternative slot will be offered to the client.
